Responsible Use

Users of LBG Software services must use our services lawfully and responsibly. You must not use our services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Access accounts or systems without authorisation
• Circumvent authentication or security controls
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Conduct attacks against our infrastructure or third-party systems
• Interfere with service availability
• Scrape or extract information in a manner that violates applicable restrictions
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Upload unlawful, abusive or harmful material
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our services except where expressly permitted by applicable law
• Use our services to facilitate activities that could reasonably cause harm to other users or third parties

Enforcement

LBG Software may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, including restricting or terminating access.

Where appropriate, serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to relevant authorities.
