Our Approach
LBG Software takes reasonable steps to protect its systems, services and user information. Security controls may include:
- Authentication and access controls
- Role-based access where applicable
- Secure password handling
- Encryption where appropriate
- Security monitoring
- Software updates and patching
- Infrastructure controls
- Restricted administrative access
- Logging and auditing
- Backup and recovery procedures where applicable
Payment Security
Payment integrations are required to use supported payment-provider mechanisms so that complete card details are processed by the payment provider rather than stored on LBG Software systems.
LBG Software does not intentionally store card security codes such as CVV or CVC, log complete card details, or expose payment-provider secret keys in client-side code.
Payment-provider secret keys and webhook verification must be handled through appropriately secured server-side systems.
Your Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own credentials and devices.
If you believe that your account or information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
